Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in our company's continued success and expansion in the influencer marketing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting performance expectations and providing ongoing coaching and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, as well as competitor offerings, to maintain a competitive edge in the market.



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-based environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the digital advertising landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Highly organized, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
